He says that phase one begins on Monday, July 04, 2011. This phase will last for eight days and carried out along the section of the roadway between the intersection of Barbican Road/Grant’s Pen Road and Barbican Road/Russell Heights intersection.

Mr. Shaw says Phase two will begin the following week, Monday, July 18, 2011 and is expected to be completed within seven days. He says that these works include milling of the roadway to remove the uneven surface followed by paving with Asphaltic Concrete.
