IS THE NATIONAL WORKS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE ROAD I LIVE ON?

Jamaica has a road network of 15,248 kilometres of roads. Of this the NWA is responsible for 5,286 kilometres, along the main road network. The NWA is therefore not primarily responsible for the remaining 9,962 kilometres, deemed parochial roads. Parochial roads are the responsibility of the local government.
