Manning's Hill Road in St. Andrew to be Reduced to Single Lane Usage

The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists that Manning’s Hill Road in St. Andrew will be reduced to single lane usage on Sunday, February 06, 2011, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

This reduction of the roadway to single lane usage is to facilitate completion of repairs that has been in progress along this corridor. Micro Surfacing works is being carried out along manning’s Hill Road between Constant Spring Road and Old Gate.

Completion works is slated to be carried out on alternate lanes in order that traffic flow will be maintained. However motorists travelling towards or from the direction of Havendale may use the alternative route along Red Hills Road and Meadowbrook Main in order to minimize delays.

Motorists are advised to obey posted warning signs and the instructions of flag persons.
