The National Works Agency (NWA) has commenced a major rehabilitation project along the Hertford to Williamsfield roadway in Central Westmoreland. This roadway falls along the Hertford to Flower Hill corridor in the parish.

According to the NWA, this project is being completed at a cost of approximately four point eight million ($4.8) dollars through Member of Parliament (M.P.) Roger Clarke’s Constituency Development Fund allocation.

This project involves the cleaning of drains, scarifying and reshaping of sections of the roadway, and patching of approximately two thousand four hundred square metres (2,400 m2) of the corridor.
